Hi, I’m Damian Hadley and I think it is about time that we broke down our silos.

The global construction market size reached a value of approximately USD 12.74 trillion in 2022. It is huge. Yet there is so much we can improve with the industry. One of the biggest challenges is the lack of knowledge sharing amongst the professionals within the industry.

I am interested in sharing my knowledge with like-minded people who are curious, and interested in questioning how and what we are doing and why. I am hoping that this might help re-engage with your natural human desire to learn.

I’ve been a structural engineer for a while now. And I love it. It is tough and challenging. And there is always something to learn - and that is probably why I love it. I hope you are into learning too. There is always more. Have fun and enjoy.
